英国GRIMM格林进口粉体隔膜泵概述： 

          进口粉体隔膜泵亦称气动粉尘输送泵，是用来输送粉体的专用泵。只有在保持半流动状态下，粉体才不至于在泵腔体内被压成近似固体的块状导致输送失败和损坏泵。系统利用一组特殊的阀，在每个泵循环中，根据一定的时间顺序，将压缩空气(或其他的惰性气体)同步引入泵的液腔，使在粉体的泵送过程中保持流动状态。
          该产品采用了英国格林高性能气动双隔膜泵及高效、节能的气路诱导分配阀技术，实现了泵的马达供气与粉体流化气路的分离。可根据粉体的流动性差异来设置流化气的压力(2.5-6.9bar)。堆积密度小、易流动的粉体可设置较低的流化气压，可达到节约能耗的目的，同时也降低了空气释放组件的负荷。可根据输送量及输送高度来设置的气动马达供气压力为(2.0-3.8bar)。
   配套粉体拆包投料站(下吸料方式)或吸料枪(上吸料方式)、专用空气释放组件等，可以实现系统的无尘化操作，24小时不间断运行。

英国GRIMM格林进口粉体隔膜泵工作原理：

          在泵的两个对称工作腔中，各装有弹性隔膜，连杆将两块隔膜结成一体，压缩空气从泵的进气接头进入中间体后，推动两个工作腔内的隔膜，驱动连杆联结的隔膜同步运动。与此同时，另一工作腔中的气体则从其隔膜的背面排出泵外。当活塞达到行程终点，配气阀则自动的将压缩空气引入另一工作腔，推动泵朝反向运动，这样就形成了两个隔膜的同步往复运动。每个工作腔中又设置两个单向球阀，隔膜的往复运动，造成工作腔内容积的改变，迫使两个单向球阀交替的开启和关闭，从而使粉体连续的吸入和借用两侧导管的气流平稳输出避免堵塞。

         imported powder diaphragm pump, also called pneumatic dust pump, is a special pump for conveying powder. only when the semi flow is maintained, the powder will not be pressed into approximately solid blocks in the pump chamber, resulting in failure to deliver and damage the pump. The system uses a set of special valves in each pump cycle, according to the time order, the compressed air (or other inert gas) into the liquid cavity synchronous pump, so as to maintain the flow state in the process of feeding powder pump.

        The product uses the British Green high performance pneumatic double diaphragm pump and efficient energy-saving gas path induced distribution valve technology, to achieve the pump motor gas and powder fluidization, gas separation.            In two symmetrical pump working chamber, the elastic diaphragm, a connecting rod two is integrated into the diaphragm, the compressed air from the intake pump into the intermediate joints, the diaphragm two working chamber, the diaphragm synchronous movement of driving connecting rod connection. At the same time, the gas in the other chamber is expelled from the back of the diaphragm.
