英国GRIMM格林进口罗茨真空泵概述：
进口罗茨真空泵又称机械增加泵，是一种容积式干式真空泵。该泵主要由一对同步高速旋转的“8”字形转子与两个半圆形泵腔组成。其原理和罗茨鼓风机相似，可以作为增加泵使用，但它不能单独地直接把气体排到大气中去，必须与前级泵串联使用。在前级泵进气口前面串联上罗茨真空泵组成机组可提高前级泵的真空度，在有效工作范围内可大大提高抽气速率。罗茨真空泵的极限压力由前级泵决定，表中数据以螺杆真空泵为前级泵时的-低极限压力。罗茨泵广泛使用于真空浇铸、真空熔炼、真空脱气、真空镀膜行业及化工医药行业的真空蒸馏、真空干燥等。泵对小量灰尘不敏感。

1、转子与泵体、侧盖，转子与转子间均有间隙，互不接触，因此：
A、泵腔各运动零件互想之间没有摩擦，因此功率消耗小，运转维护费用低，节能效果显著。
B、泵腔内各运动零件互相之间不需要油润滑与密封，避免了油蒸汽返流对真空系统造成污染。
C、罗茨真空泵对被抽气体中所含的少量粉尘不敏感。

4、起动快，能在短时间内达到极限真空，抽气效率较高。
5、泵在很宽的压力范围内（1.3X103～1.3Pa），有较高的抽气效率，能讯速排出突然放出的气体，弥补了扩散泵和油封机械泵在1.3X103～1.3Pa时抽气效率低的缺陷。
6、工作可靠，耐用：泵腔内各摩擦副均有良好的润滑，轴承与泵腔隔开，泵轴在轴封处装有轴套，因此主轴不会磨损，轴套磨损后可以调头继续使用。采用立式结构，皮带张力与泵皮带轮重力相抵消，轴承负荷较小，寿命较长。各主要件设计合理，大油箱结构，利于油气分离与冷却，并具储油量多，对油内所含的杂物有较好的自分离较果，根据工况，还可以配置带滤网堵塞旁路自动接通过滤器，以及油路油流通显示装置，因此泵可长时间的工作使用寿命较长，能在较恶劣的工况下工作。
7、体积小，重量轻：设计转速适中，结构紧凑合理，泵腔内外部的利用率达-高，外形简洁体积小。

进口罗茨真空泵，在泵腔内，有二个“8”字形的转子相互垂直地安装在一对平行轴上，由传动比为1的一对齿轮带动作彼此反向的同步旋转运动。在转子之间，转子与泵壳内壁之间，保持一定的间隙，可以实现高转速运行。由于罗茨泵是一种无内压缩的真空泵，通常压缩比很低，故需要前级泵。罗茨泵的极限真空处取决于泵本身结构和制造精度外，还取决于前级泵的极限真空。为了提高泵的极限真空度，可将罗茨泵串联使用。
